Traditional North Pacific Schooner (1999)

Sailing aboard Majestic is an uncompromising taste of a by-gone era. Her traditional lines and gaff-rigged sails offer inspiration to anyone with an appreciation of quality timber boats built for the purpose of being used and enjoyed. She is a replica of a Canadian North Pacific Schooner and construction was completed in 1999 by the Indonesian boat builders of Bira, South Sulawesi.


Her design below deck is tasteful and for the most part perfect for private charters of 6-8 passengers with old world charm as the key to her décor.


She is presently an asset of Imajica Charters (Aust) Pty Ltd, an Australian business which ran surf and dive charters in Papua New Guinea.


A brand new Weichai Deutz 160hp diesel marine engine was installed in June 2008 by Cummins Lae branch. Extensive work will be done to her when she arrives in Cairns, Australia from mid 2009.
