With camera credits in both film and television, Josh has spent much of 2009 working as a cameraman and editor for channel 10’s Rove. He has just directed his first documentary 5 Lost at Sea funded by JTV, ABC and Screen Australia, which won Best Documentary at the 2009 West Hollywood International Film Festival. 

His prior experience includes Producing and Directing the DVD special features for series 4 of Kath 
and Kim (Seven Network) and creating the comedy drama series Twentysomething which screened

In 2004 Jesse founded The Imajica Experience and subsequently spent 3 years leading adventure sail expeditions aboard the Schooner Majestic throughout the islands of Papua New Guinea. He has shot documentary footage in Papua New Guinea for two separate productions commissioned by the Discovery Network and National Geographic Channel and he produced the 10 min promotional film for The Imajica Experience.

On October 31st 1999, aged 18, Jesse sailed into the record books when he became the youngest person in history to circumnavigate the globe, solo nonstop and unassisted in his yacht Lionheart. 

Since then Jesse has continued pursuing adventures aboard sailing boats. In 2002 he lead the ill-fated ‘Journey of Kijana’ in which 5 friends set sail on an expected 3-year voyage around the world.shapeimage_27_link_0
He is the author of two best-selling books, Lionheart and Kijana. In 2003 he was awarded an Order of Australia medal for his services to youth.
